Fragrant with orange blossom, pogne is a traditional brioche from the Romans-sur-Isère region. Consumed since the Middle Ages, it was traditionally eaten after the Christian Lent period !

These are the distant cousins of Italian ravioli! And yes, the big difference is their size: they're much smaller. Its very fine dough is made from wheat flour, eggs and oil. But what really gives raviole its flavor is the choice of filling. Comté AOC, fresh cheeses or aromatic herbs, you can vary the pleasures to suit your taste.
