New!
Come and discover the Maison du Mouton, one of the oldest residences in Romans, now a Maison du patrimoine!
A free space open to all, inviting you to discover the heritage of the Isère Valley and the Drôme des Collines.
The temporary exhibition "Îlot du Mouton, Portraits d'une restauration" looks back at the impressive restoration project of this Maison du Mouton and the adjoining building. By giving a voice to those involved, this exhibition reveals the different facets of this major heritage project.
The Valence Romans Agglo territory is organized around two central cities, Valence and Romans-sur-Isère, each representing its own landscape entities: the Valence plain and the Drôme hills.
The Maison du Mouton in Romans completes the offer already available at La Maison des Têtes in Valence.
The aim of these two Valence Romans Agglo Heritage Houses is to raise awareness and provide keys to understanding through exhibitions, events and tours. They are places for information, sharing and education.
Valence Romans Agglo has been awarded the national Ville et Pays d'art et d'histoire label, the main aim of which is to raise awareness, inform and educate people about local heritage.
The Pays d'art et d'histoire (art and history region) is active throughout the region, offering guided tours and events for the general public.
